Job Description
As a part of the team, your role will involve maintaining and updating client data regularly. You will be responsible for providing updated data to the business at month-end and assisting with other related activities.
Responsibilities:
- Collect data from various sources and ensure its completeness and accuracy.
- Use collected data to create reports for the business.
- Maintain multiple trackers for business purposes.
- Provide engagement financial reporting to Business Finance on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Engage in professional communication with both the Deloitte USI office and Deloitte Switzerland offices.
- Actively participate in calls with Business Finance leadership, providing quality inputs to aid decision-making.
- Contribute to the growth of the Deloitte Switzerland Controller/Business Practice.
Qualifications:
- 0-1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a demonstrated aptitude for learning new technologies.
- Experience with Excel, Word, and other office programs.
- Ability to work autonomously and be highly self-motivated.
- Proficient in MS Excel, including data validation, logical functions, large data analysis, and report design.
- Keen analytical skills with strong task management capabilities; able to work both under supervision and independently.
- Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—and strong interpersonal skills.
Shift Timings:
- 11 AM to 8 PM
Required:
- Graduate (B.Com/BBA) with a financial background and strong analytical skills.
Preferred:
- Working knowledge of SAP is an added advantage.
- Excellent skills in handling large volumes of data with accuracy and completeness.
