Key Responsibilities
- As an Associate Analyst, your primary tasks will be:
- Understanding Client Engagements: Gain a thorough understanding of the entire process of signing off and accepting clients and engagements at EY offices.
- Reviewing Submissions: Conduct preliminary assessments of submissions from engagement teams, assessing the completeness, accuracy, and suitability of proposed transactions and requests.
- As a Liaison: Act as a liaison between client teams, the Risk Management team, and other departments within the firm to ensure effective communication.
- Service Delivery: Manage service delivery, including stakeholder management and ensuring KPIs and productivity targets are achieved.
- Identifying Risks: Proactively identify risk areas across various processes and operational functions, assisting in the creation of risk mitigation measures.
- Collaboration: Work with a variety of corporate functions and locations to improve internal controls and the overall CRM architecture. Make ensuring that high-risk instances are identified and escalated to the management team.
- Additional Tasks: Perform any other duties that are within the scope of the job and contribute to the company’s performance.
- This is a hybrid career that provides both remote and in-office work options, allowing for flexibility and work-life balance.
Qualifications
- Educational Qualification: Any Graduate/Post Graduate (Preferred: B.Com, BBA, M.Com, MBA).
- Experience: 0–6 months of experience in a research or analysis role; freshers are welcome to apply.
- Skills & Attributes:
