Job Description
Machine Operator:
- Operate and monitor production machinery according to SOPs.
- Adjust machine settings for optimal performance and quality output.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machinery.
Production Processes:
- Load raw materials into machines and remove finished products.
- Follow production schedules and meet daily targets.
- Inspect products to ensure they meet quality standards.
Quality Control:
- Perform regular quality checks during production.
- Report defects or inconsistencies in products.
- Ensure compliance with the company’s quality standards.
Safety and Compliance:
- Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures.
- Use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required.
- Immediately report safety hazards or incidents to supervisors.
Working Conditions:
- Shifts:
- 7 AM to 3 PM
- 3 PM to 11 PM
- 11 PM to 7 AM
- Workweek: 6 days/week with 1 rolling day off
- Shift Allowance: ₹30 per night shift (up to 15 shifts/month)

Requirements
Qualification: ITI/Diploma (Passing out year: 2020 onwards)

Benefits
Stipend:
- ₹17,000 per month for Diploma holders
- ₹16,000 per month for ITI holders
Overtime: Occasionally available
Food & Transport:
- Two meals per day provided at the plant (Vegetarian)
- ₹500 deducted monthly from the stipend for food and transportation
- Eggs served 3 times a week
Accommodation:
- 3-month accommodation for male trainees in hostels (3-4 people per room)
- Distance from factory: 3-10 minutes depending on hostel location
- Room facilities include beds and fans
Retention Bonus:
- ₹5,000 every 6 months for the first 2 years
- ₹10,000 every 6 months in the 3rd year
Medical Insurance:
- ₹1 lakh coverage for medical insurance
- ₹5 lakhs for Group Personal Accident Policy
